Tony Mansmith
Executive Assistant
Tony Mansmith joined READ USA in 2026 and currently serves as Executive Assistant, where he supports the organization through operations, scheduling, and executive-level coordination.
Prior to joining READ USA, Tony served as a Development Manager at Child Cancer Fund and operated his own media and communications consulting company, Mansmith Consulting. His background also includes work as an on-air radio/podcast host for various radio stations, producer, program director and sales coordinator in the Twin Cities with Northwestern Media and iHeartMedia.
Tony is deeply passionate about the mission of READ USA. Having grown up with dyslexia and other learning disabilities, he understands firsthand both the challenges of learning to read and the life-changing impact of quality tutoring and support.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tony, and his wife Jo have lived in the Jacksonville area for the past two years. In his free time, he enjoys walking their dog, Stan, at Jacksonville Beach, collecting vintage comic books and records, working on his first graphic novel, and producing podcasts
