Kathleen McArthur
Tutoring Program Assistant Director
Kathleen joined the READ USA Team in January of 2022 as an Assessor. She has supported the mission in several roles and now presently serves as the Tutoring Program Assistant Director. Kathleen earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information science from the University of Florida.
Kathleen is a native Floridian. She and her husband have lived in Jacksonville with their two children since 2008. Currently, she serves as the webmaster for the Duval Literacy Association.
In her downtime she can be found exploring outside and/or reading a book.
