Jordan Hooten
Board Member
Jordan Hooten is, first and foremost, father of two boys Camden and Jace Hooten.
Jordan is a realtor and real estate investor with offices in Jacksonville, St Petersburg and Tampa FL. Jordan has finished in the top 5% of realtors for sales volume in 2021 and 2022. After receiving a bachelor degree from Florida State University, Jordan got his real estate license in 2015 while working with a Sports technology partner of the PGA tour. In 2018, he decided to go full time in Real Estate, and has won multiple accolades from the brokerages he has worked for since, including Most Listings by Volume, Multimillion dollar producer, 10 million dollar producer, and more.
Jordan is passionate about real estate investment, owning 4 rental properties of his own, that are a mix of long term rentals and airbnbs. He is also passionate about entrepreneurship, and coaches others on how to grow their various businesses. Outside of real estate, Jordan is an owner of the Sogro St Pete Hospitality Group, the first Franchisees of Southern Grounds Coffee Co. Jordan’s group has purchased the Tampa, St Pete & Clearwater territory, and are in the process of opening 9 locations across the area over the next 3 to 6 years.
Outside of business, Jordan is a member of the Church of Eleven22. He enjoys giving back, with his passion being giving back to under-resourced children. Jordan is a board member of READ USA, and a child sponsor for Compassion International.
