Supports READ USA’s Evidence Based Peer to Peer 1:1 Intensive Literacy Tutoring and Urban Workforce Development Program that employs teens from under-resourced neighborhoods who are trained and supervised as tutor leaders. Both the teen tutors and the younger students they lead achieve reading gains aimed at grade level reading proficiency for student success. Teens also develop professional skills for their careers.
